Physical Therapists are experts of the musculoskeletal system. We specialize at analyzing the body for imbalances or movement dysfunctions that may be causing a current injury or increase the risk for future injuries.

Whether returning from injury, surgery, taking care of general aches and pains or looking to finally take control of your chronic pain; we can help out! We’ll start with an in-depth biomechanical assessment to determine any underlying causes along with education on the principles of rehabilitation to optimize your recovery.

One-on-one, hour long treatment sessions allow the necessary time to provide focused and quality care. We’ll focus on your goals, needs and current abilities to create an individualized rehabilitation plan with ongoing homework to continue optimizing your health.

Performance training begins with an in-depth biomechanical analysis to determine areas of focus for your program along with the specific demands of your sport or hobby.

As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Brown Belt, Dr. Dillon specializes in combat sport athletes and understands the unique demands of these sports to help improve performance while also reducing the risk of future injuries.
