HP Fit Group Fitness Classes
Whether you’re new and looking to get in better shape, you’re a recreational or a competitive athlete; this group class is built to help you reach your goals! Dr. Dillon oversees and provides instruction for all classes. Exercises or activities can always be adjusted based on your current skill level and experience.
Group fitness classes taking place at CTA Portland Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. These classes are designed to help you build strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility and overall better physical function.
